Terms & Conditions Governing Your 09bed Account

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between 09bed (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at 09bed.io.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 09bed platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended, and any funds held across them may be forfeited at 09bed's sole discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

09bed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or at any time 09bed deems verification necessary for security or compliance purposes. Accepted documents include national ID cards issued by the Bangladesh government, valid passports, and driving licences. Utility bills or bank statements may be requested as proof of address.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 09bed immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 09bed will not be held liable for any loss resulting from failure to keep credentials secure. 3.5 Account Closure by Player

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes

09bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-cycle, players who have already begun meeting wagering requirements will be given a reasonable extension period to complete them.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket, FIFA for football, etc.).
